I have run my own businesses over the years including The Zen Room straight from University, a multimedia organic art production company; Work Additions, a social enterprise employability consultancy, and I currently run Fuse Jobs, London's entry-level job site.

I have a rich background in volunteering and am currently a Trustee of ELATT, an East London training charity. In the past I have been involved in numerous government and voluntary sector steering groups for the Department for Education and Skills, the Fabian Society, Media Trust, Business Lab and Last Friday Mob.
